1. Who we are

Tuggle Digital LLC ("Tuggle Digital," "we," "us") is an Indiana company at 10311 Dawsons Creek Blvd, Suite F, Fort Wayne, IN 46825. By using tuggledigital.com or purchasing our services, you agree to these terms.

2. The free report

The free visibility report is exactly that: free, no purchase required, yours to keep. It is generated from publicly available search and listings data and is provided for information purposes without warranty.

3. Paid services

Our Local Visibility Program plans, pricing, and deliverables are described on the pricing section of this site. Core plans are billed monthly and are month to month: cancel with 15 days written notice before your next billing date. Setup fees are one-time and non-refundable once onboarding work has begun. The Total Dominance plan carries a 12-month initial term as stated at purchase. Clients receive a separate service acknowledgment or agreement at checkout which, where it differs, controls over these website terms.

4. Honest expectations

Search visibility work typically shows ranking movement in 60 to 90 days. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, traffic, lead volume, or revenue result, and you should be skeptical of anyone who does. You are paying for defined work, performed transparently, with progress visible on your dashboard.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate business information and timely access to accounts we need (such as your Google Business Profile), and you confirm that any customer lists you provide for review campaigns contain people who have consented to be contacted. Review campaigns request honest reviews from real customers; we will not fabricate, incentivize, or suppress reviews, and you agree not to ask us to.

6. Payments

Subscriptions are auto-charged to your payment method on file via our payment processor. Failed payments have a 7-day grace period; services pause after 14 days unpaid and resume when payment is made.

7. Ownership

Your business profiles, listings, reviews, and content are yours, always. If you cancel, we remove our access and hand over anything we created on your behalf. Site content, branding, and materials on tuggledigital.com belong to Tuggle Digital and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

8. Text messages

By submitting your phone number you consent to receive text messages from Tuggle Digital about your inquiry or service. Message and data rates may apply; frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the website or services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages. The website and free tools are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new date. These terms are governed by Indiana law. Questions first, lawyers second: contact us and we will sort it out directly.
